Bruce Hamm II, MBA, Director of Human Resources
​
Bruce started part-time with the organization in 1994. Upon completion of his Administration of
Justice Degree through Penn State University, he started full-time in the York County
Day Treatment Program’s Evening Program as a Direct Care Worker. Later he transitioned to the
Day Treatment Program as a Life Skills Instructor, then Team Leader, Counselor, and eventually
Program Coordinator overseeing the day to day to operations of the York County Day Treatment Program, which included supervision of several Professional Staff and 100+ students on any given day.

In 2003, Bruce accomplished his M.B.A. through Frostburg State University. In 2008, Bruce transitioned to Cumberland County to be the Program Coordinator of the Cumberland Therapeutic Education Program.
From 2009 until present, Bruce has taken on various organizational administrative duties that eventually led to his current position as the Director of Human Resources.
