Megan graduated in 2014 from Millersville University with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She is certified as a Licensed Social Worker and is currently working towards obtaining her Clinical Licensure at the end of 2019. Megan previously worked as a Hospice Social Worker, in Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) and presently as an Outpatient and School-Based Outpatient Therapist for West Shore School District. Megan supports children who have experienced divorce, separation, death of a loved one, trauma, bullying, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, peer difficulties and mood dysregualtion. Michael Fox is a Registered, Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). He earned his Bachelor’s degree in the disciplines of Psychology and Art Therapy from Arcadia University in 2007, and later completed extensive coursework and graduate training in New York City at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, earning a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy and Creativity Development in 2009.
Michael devotes much of his time outside of the professional scope of art therapy in helping to coordinate and develop camp programming for children and teens with various issues with an expressive arts focus. He is currently serving in an ongoing role as the Program Director and one of the founding members for the Keystone Diabetic Kids Camp (KDKC), serving Type 1 diabetic children and teens in Millville, PA, as well as helping with bereavement camps through various hospice organizations such as Camp Dragonfly and Camp Courage in the Schuylkill, Columbia, and Dauphin County areas.

Steffanie is a 2009 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BA in Psychology and a 2012 graduate of The University of Scranton with a MS in Rehabilitation Counseling. Regina has a Master’s in Marriage and Family counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Crisis Counseling. She has worked in both residential and day hospital settings. Regina has worked as both a Behavior Specialist Consultant and a Mobile Therapist, and she has experience in the field of addictions. She focuses on helping individuals identify the life they want to live and move towards it by learning the skills necessary to manage their emotions and behaviors, as well as to identify the supports needed. Alyssa believes the most important part of therapy is the connection between therapist and client. Her guiding belief is that words cannot always make things better, but connection can. In order for that to occur kindness, compassion, safety and trust are paramount to any therapeutic relationship. Alyssa is a licensed clinical social worker, provides clinical supervision, and is a certified trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapist (TF-CBT). Alyssa has a background in implementing Trauma Informed Care Initiatives as well as working with law enforcement, The District Attorney’s Office, Children and Youth, and Children’s Advocacy Centers. Her areas of expertise include childhood abuse, traumatic grief, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD and sees children, teens and young adults ages 5-30. Dr. Suzanne is a Doctorate level Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Family Psychiatry Mental Health, Certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health, Certified by the Academy of Certified Social Workers and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Suzanne brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has worked in both psychiatric inpatient and outpatient facilities and provided therapy, management, directorship and quality improvement, all within three states on the east coast. Suzanne specializes in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders, Bereavement/Loss, Co-occurring Disorders-Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Complementary and Integrative Therapy. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International the Honor Society of Nursing, National Association of Social Workers; American Society of Nurse Practitioners, Association for Death Education and Counseling; National Association of Social Workers and the American Psychiatric Nursing Association. Suzanne earned her Masters Degree and Doctorate Degree as an NP in Family Psychiatry from Robert Morris University in PA. She earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University in VA.
Tabbetha “Tabby” believes that people are wired for connection, and that connection is critical for healing. Her experiences with eco-systemic family therapy helps to address interpersonal connection in every-day life. Tabby focuses on empowering the individual to identify their strengths and apply them in their healing process. She uses trauma informed therapy during sessions to provide a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and healing. Tabby has a background in trauma informed care, is competent in eco-systemic family therapy model, and is supervised utilizing interventions based in attachment theory. She is passionate about mental health, therapy, and the healing process. Tabby sees children, teens, and adults.
Heather completed her PhD in School Psychology from Fordham University and an APA-accredited internship in clinical child and adolescent psychology. She has also worked with adults and most recently worked with high-conflict families and parents undergoing a divorce at Domestic Relations Court in Ohio. Heather conducts evaluations and provides therapy. She has experience working with children, adults, and adolescents with range of behavioral and emotional disorders in a variety of settings. She also has experience working with individuals coping with stressful life circumstances and believes in empowering individuals. Heather uses an individualized, person-centered, trauma-focused, and strengths-based approach. She is focused on the individual, setting goals, and making practical, gradual changes, while considering environmental factors.
Dr. Flanscha is a clinical Psychologist with experience providing psychotherapy, clinical supervision and diagnostic evaluations. She has extensive experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults focusing on trauma, autism, marriage and family therapy, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and cultural diversity. She has worked in inpatient, residential, foster care and court mandated programs. She provides a safe, nurturing, confidential environment to share at the client's own pace.
Haley graduated with her Master of Social Work from West Chester University. Haley is a LSW and is currently pursuing hours for licensure to become a LCSW. In therapy, Haley utilizes clients’ strengths to enhance their well-being and provide a space for clients to discover their dignity and worth as a person. She focuses on providing therapy for those who have experienced trauma at varying ages.
